ABSTRACT. An annotated checklist of spiders recorded from Stavropol Province, based on literature-based and new data, is provided. The checklist comprises 265 spider species of 26 families. Of them, 154 species have been recorded from Stavropol Province for the first time. One species (Zodarion rubidium Simon, 1914) represents a new record to the spider fauna of Russia. Eight species are illustrated.
