ABSTRACT. A local bryophyte flora of Utuk River basin on Northern Megaslope of Tokinskij Stanovik Range, Southern Yakutia (55° 43'-56° 11' N, 130 ° 00'-130° 55' E, 900-2412  m  alt.) is studied. 212  species and 8  varieties of mosses and 32  species of liverworts are found on the territory of about 1000  sq.  km. 12  species are new for the Yakutian moss flora. Annotated list of species is presented. Species are annotated by habitat and occurrence in altitudinal belts: T  - in taiga belt (900-1300-1400  m  alt.), P  - in subalpine belt (1300-1400-1750-1800  m  alt.), G - in alpine, or mountain tundra, belt (1750-1800-2400  m  alt.). Rare moss species are marked by asterisk.
