ABSTRACT. Diphyscium satoi Tuzibe, previously known only from Japan and Korea, is reported from the Changbai Mountain, Jilin province, China. Description, illustrations and ecological data of the species are provided, the geographic distribution and the characteristic habitats of Diphyscium satoi are also discussed.
