ABSTRACT. Todzha valley is situated in the South-Eastern part of Sayan Mts. Annotated list of liverworts of the Todzha valley is given for the first time and represents the first records on the hepatics flora of Tuva Republic. It included 84 species of 38 genera. 25 taxa are recorded for the first time for Sayan Mts. (marked by single asterisk), 7 for South Siberia (marked by two asterisk) and 3 for Siberia (marked by 3 asterisk).
