ABSTRACT. Pterygoneurum kozlovii, a rare species worldwide, is found in Altaisky Territory, Kazakhstan and Central Yakutia, mainly in halophytic habitats. Study of morphology and anatomy of P. subsessile and P. kozlovii reveals certain intergradation between typical morphotypes of these two species. Quantitative characteristics of plants and their illustrations are given, demonstrating complex situation in this group.
