ABSTRACT. This paper provides the data on 17 new and 52 rare species in the Ryazan Province. Among them there are Dichelyma capillaceum, a new addition to the Middle European Russia, and a number of species previously known in the region only from more southern provinces: Syntrichia caninervis var. astrakhanica, Schistidium crassipilum, Didymodon icmadophilus, Tortula hoppeana. After this addition, the moss flora of the Ryazan Province includes 220 species.
