ABSTRACT. False darkling beetles Melandrya dubia (Schaller, 1783) and Melandrya mongolica Solsky, 1871 (Coleoptera: Melandryidae) are indicated for the first time in Kazakhstan. New a distribution point for species of the genus Melandrya is south-east of the country (Almaty region).
