ABSTRACT. As a result of conducted studies on Cerambycidae, 38 species of 29 genera of 14 tribes and four subfamilies were identified in the fauna of the Zeiskii Reserve. The trophic links of the larvae and the phenology of the imago, the biotope distribution and taxon taxonomy are considered. Most species have a transpalearctic distribution — 22 (57.9 %), the eastern Palearctic type includes 10 species (26.3 %), the East Asian and the Holarctic — 3 (7.9 %). The fauna is dominated by species trophically associated with coniferous vegetation — 16 (42.1 %), less diverse are developing on deciduous woody plants — 11 species (28.9 %). Part of the Cerambycidae fauna is represented by polyphages that are able to colonize both coniferous and deciduous species — 9 species (23.7 %), 2 species (5.2 %) develop on herbaceous plants.
