ABSTRACT. The genus Nothattagenus Li, Cai, 2022, syn.n. is synonymized with Ranolus Blair, 1929 because the type species of the genus, Attagenus burmiticus Cai, Hava, Huang, 2017, is newly transferred to the genus Ranolus burmiticus (Cai, Hava, Huang, 2017) comb.n.
