ABSTRACT. The weevil Phacephorus umbratus (Faldermann, 1835) is recorded for Omskaya Oblast for the first time. The species Tanymecus nebulosus Fåhraeus, 1840, syn.n. is synonymizied under Phacephorus umbratus. A map for the species distribution in Northern Asia is given.
