ABSTRACT: Arctosa lacustris (Simon, 1876) (Lycosidae), Enoplognatha diversa (Blackwall, 1859) (Theridiidae), Lycosoides coarctata (Dufour, 1831) (Agelenidae), Mermessus denticulatus (Banks, 1898) (Linyphiidae), Meri martinique Rheims et Jäger, 2022 (Sparassidae), and Meri trinitatis (Strand, 1916) are newly added to the checklist (established by Sherwood [2025]) of non-native spiders imported into the United Kingdom. Theridion thalia Workman, 1878 (Theridiidae) is also new to the list, with a historical record having been overlooked previously. None of these species are considered established in the United Kingdom thus far, but monitoring should continue. Additional remarks are made on other papers which have recorded novel Invasive Non-Native Species (INNS) since publication of the first checklist, alongside comments on additional specimens examined of already known species, and notes on some previously overlooked historical records. Theridion thalia is proposed as a nomen dubium. A critique of ‘open nomenclature’, which has unfortunately been applied to several recent INNS spiders in Europe, is presented.
