ABSTRACT: Two new species of oribatid mites, Papillacarus luteus Ermilov sp. n. and Multioppia pseudoglabra Ermilov sp. n., are described from forest soils of southern Vietnam. Papillacarus luteus sp. n. is most similar morphologically to P. cruzae Corpuz-Raros, 1979 and P. ramirezae Corpuz-Raros, 1979; however, it differs from both by the length of centro-dorsal notogastral setae. Multioppia pseudoglabra sp. n. is most similar morphologically to Multioppia glabra (Mihel?i?, 1955), however, it differs from the latter by the localization of notogastral setae lm and morphology of notogastral setae.
