ABSTRACT. Epiphytic and epixylic bryophytic communities of Western Bashkiria were studied. The paper presents 6 associations, 2 subassociations and 1 community from 2 classes, 3 orders and 4 alliances of moss vegetation. Ass. Orthotrichetum pallentis Ochsn. 1928 and 1 community are new for Bashkiria.
