ABSTRACT. Pohlia lutescens, a species with rhizoidal tubers, is found in Russia for the first time. It was simultaneously revealed in several points in Perm Province (Northern Ural Mountains), and in single localities in Amurskaya Province and Khabarovsk Territory. Description and illustrations based on specimens from Russia are provided, ecology and distribution of the species are discussed.
