ABSTRACT. Three carabid beetle species are recorded from Kirghizia for the first time, namely: Pterostichus (Adelosia) macer ssp. funerarius (Tschitschyrine, 1890) (first record for Central Tien Shan), Pseudotaphoxenus substriatus (Ballion, 1870) (confirmed record for Kirghizia) and Dicheirotrichus (Cardiostenus) medvedevi (Kabak et Kataev, 1993) (first record for the Trans-Alai Mt. Range).
