ABSTRACT. Data on the crane fly fauna of the families Cylindrotomidae, Ptychopteridae and Tanyderidae from eastern and northeastern Kazakhstan are reviewed on the basis of material collected by the author during 2006–2018. Three species from the subfamily Cylindrotomidae, four species of Ptychopteridae, and one species of Tanyderidae were identified, and seven species were registered from Kazakhstan for the first time. A European species Ptychoptera (Paraptychoptera) paludosa Meigen, 1804 is newly recorded from Asia.
