ABSTRACT. Based on a male imago from the Russian Far East, a new species of long-palped craneflies, Tipula (Yamatotipula) dubatolovi Devyatkov, sp.n., is described and illustrated. The new species belongs to the «aino» group and differs from its congeners in the coloration of antennae, prescutum, wings and abdomen, as well as in the structure of the hypopygium, especially its ninth tergite and the shape of the gonostylus.
