ABSTRACT. Description of a new species Eumerus sokhibkulovi Barkalov et Rakhimov, sp.n. and redescriptions of E. stackelbergi Peck, 1971 and E. ammophilus Paramonov, 1927 are given. The new species belongs to the tricolor species group, and differs from all the known Asian species in the following characters: eyes connected at one point; abdomen mostly black, with orange abdominal maculae being restricted to tergum II; body broad and covered with thick, protruding white pili; wings translucent, without microtrichia; postpedicel black, with a lighter basal third and transverse sulcus subdividing it on two parts; epandrium of male genitalia with a large membranous area and underdeveloped anterior lobes. Postpedicel, metaleg and male genitalia of all three species are illustrated. Photos of habitus, abdomen and head are presented as well.
