ABSTRACT. A new species Ochthebius (Asiobates) dudkoi Zinchenko, sp.n. of the family Hydraenidae is described from Adjara, Georgia. The new species differs from other species known from the region in the relatively large, as wide as elytra shape and chagrin surface of the pronotum and the shape of the main piece and a distal lobe of the aedeagus. From the little-known O. kiesenwetteri Kuwert, 1887 it differs in the shorter body length.
