ABSTRACT. Two new species of jumping spiders, Cocalus shendurneyensis sp.n. (♂), and Habrocestum mookambikaensis sp.n. (♀), are described from the South Western Ghats of India. Detailed morphological descriptions, diagnostic features and illustrations of copulatory organs are given. The current distribution of the genus Cocalus C.L. Koch, 1846 and Habrocestum Simon, 1876 in India is also presented.
