ABSTRACT. Asiacyon derunkovi sp.n. was described from Vietnam. The new species is closest to Asiacyon pax Mai, Jia, Ryndevich et Fikáček, 2024 from Guangdong, Hong Kong and Hunan (China) and A. vicincretus Mai, Jia, Ryndevich et Fikáček, 2024 from Guangdong and Guangxi (China). It differs from similar species by the very narrow mesoventral plate (ca. 12.8–13.0× as long as wide) and structure of male genitalia. Helochares (Hydrobaticus) anchoralis Sharp, 1890, Thysanarthria trifida Fikáček et Liu, 2019, Amphiops mirabilis Sharp, 1890, Asiacyon incretus (d'Orchymont, 1941), Asiacyon paraequalis Mai, Jia, Ryndevich et Fikáček, 2024, Cercyon (Paracycreon) laminatus Sharp, 1873 are reported for the first time for the fauna of Vietnam, Hydrophilus acuminatus Motschulsky, 1854 — for Laos, Cryptopleurum coomani d’Orchymont, 1926 — for India, Ametor rudesculptus A. Semenov, 1900 — for Afghanistan.
