ABSTRACT. Tipulia shivki sp.n. from the south of Khabarovsk Krai is described and figured. This new species is morphologically very close to T. tenuis (Butler, 1878), from which it differs in the colouration of the forewing and abdomen and some details of the male genitalia. The female and the bionomy of the larvae are unknown. Synanthedon ulmicola Yang et Wang, 1989, which is recorded for the first time in Khabarovsk Krai, was established to belong to the genus Paranthrenella Strand, 1916. This genus is recorded for the first time both in Russia and in the Palearctic region as a whole. Synanthedon cerskisi O. Gorbunov, 1994 was recorded in Khabarovsk Krai for the first time. Illustrations of imagines and their genitalia of all these species are presented.
